FEATURES
The GEMINI II M machine is a double-head aluminum and PVC cutting machine. It can cut profiles up to 157” in a single operation. Its robust chassis ensures a long service life, while its 400 mm saw blade allows for the precise cutting of large-sized profiles.
To use the GEMINI II M machine, the operator first turns the machine's main switch to the right to power it on. Then, the movable head — which is the right head — is moved to the desired cutting dimension using the handwheel located at its front.
After placing the profile, the operator presses the clamp button on the control panel, which closes the clamps and secures the profile. Subsequently, the cutting process is performed by pressing and holding the double-hand start buttons on the control panel. Once the cutting process is complete, the cut piece is removed from the machine, and the machine is prepared for the next cut.
Used for cutting processes of aluminum, vinyl and wooden profiles.
